I guess cos mine is a Q? We'll get to that in a jiffy. But if I put the stick of ram into the other slot the one I would call slot 2 because it is above the first slot , the notebook boots into windows but nothing shows up on the screen obviously because the GPU is dead , I can hear the windows sounds. I am now waiting on the msi MS with the new duo core and updated graphics core. This is an old archive page of HWZ prior to revamp. I can only see one fan inside the machine.

Did you upgrade to a Q or did it come stock? Not many notebook brands i found this withso IMO they seem very good and durable. I have had numerous msi desktop products, and never had any problems with them. Very good value at this early promotion stage. Last edited by jbrowning82; at MSI enjoys good reputation in the far east and as trustworthy as any Taiwanese laptops with a relatively lower price here in North America.
